My path towards fitness

I realized lately that what a great idea it will be that if i can start blogging about my path towards fitness and to motivate my other sweet half to help me in attaining it.

Initially i will start blogging about the exercise i do , the workout plan i follow and will see how it goes. I will write down the exercises i did, weight lost/gain and basically will keep notes about it.
